Terms & Condition of SKV Tradex

Spam Policy : We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy towards Unsolicited Commercial Email (UCE) or SPAM on our network. None of our customers or affiliates are authorized to utilize our network for the transmission of Unsolicited Commercial Email. Resellers of Dial4Web are prohibited from hosting, or allowing the hosting of, sites or content that promotes UCE from other networks as well. Violation of this policy may result in severe penalties, including immediate termination of services.

Upon receiving notification of a violation of our spam and UCE policy, we promptly initiate an investigation. During this investigation, we may restrict the client's access to our network. If the violation is confirmed after investigation, we reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or terminate the respective account without prior notice. Additionally, we reserve the right to pursue civil action to recover the costs associated with the investigation. If the violation is determined to be a criminal offense, we may notify law enforcement officials.

Violations of this policy will incur penalties. The first instance of such violation will result in an Administrative Fee of Rs. 5000 and termination of the customer's account. Subsequent violations will incur an Administrative Fee of Rs. 7500 and immediate termination of the customer's account. We strictly prohibit spamming, so we urge our customers to refrain from engaging in such activities.

Our resellers are solely responsible for the actions of their clients on the Dial4Web network. Therefore, we advise our resellers to establish similar policies for their clients. We do not permit mass mailing from our shared servers and do not engage in any dealings with such sites. Sending emails in bulk from your account on the SMTP server is prohibited. We recommend utilizing specialized services from third parties or opting for your own dedicated server.

Proscribed use of services and products :

The method of utilizing our services is entirely at the discretion of the company, and all our clients and affiliates are required to adhere to this decision under any circumstance. Customers are only permitted to utilize Services and Products in a manner that, in the sole judgment of the Company, aligns with the intended purposes of such Services and Products. If a Customer is uncertain whether any proposed use or action is permissible, they are encouraged to contact the Company using the provided contact information. By way of illustration, but not limited to, the following uses of the Services and Products are explicitly prohibited.

• General :
•  illegal Activities: Broadcasting, storing, or circulating any information, data, or material that violates any applicable law or regulation, or that may facilitate such violations, is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to cooperate with legal authorities or injured parties during investigations into any alleged criminal activity.Harm to Others:
• None of our clients are permitted to use our services or products to cause harm, attempt to cause harm, or engage in any activities related to pornography. Additionally, clients are prohibited from sending out any material, through any means (email, uploading, redistribution, or otherwise), that threatens or promotes physical harm or destruction of property.Copyright or Trademark Infringement:
• Clients are prohibited from using any of our service products to disseminate any material (via email, uploading, posting, or otherwise) that infringes upon any copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, or other proprietary rights of any third party. This includes, but is not limited to, the unauthorized copying of copyrighted material, digitization and distribution of images or photographs from sources such as magazines, books, or other copyrighted materials, and the unauthorized distribution of copyrighted software. Clients are also prohibited from gathering, or attempting to gather, private information about third parties without their knowledge or written consent. Distribution and/or redistribution of copyrighted material or the aforementioned intrusions will not be tolerated.
